Introducing Birmingham’s new Eight8 Property brand and website
Stunning professional photography that highlights some of the best in Birmingham’s city and urban architecture is one of the cornerstones of a brand new website designed exclusively for Eight8 Property.
We welcome you to our new website which is fully responsive to give you the best possible user experience on desktop, mobile and tablet.
Eight8 Property directors, John and Karen Hardman, are thrilled with the results of the company’s recent rebranding exercise and new web presence.
The husband and wife team, who have a combined expertise spanning more than 30 years in the property sector, believed it was important to showcase the urban beauty of Birmingham where the company launched in 2011.
A London office was added to our portfolio in 2012.
“We are very happy to reveal a website with a fresh and contemporary feel that not only reflects the vision of Eight8 Property but showcases the city of Birmingham,” said Karen.
“As Eight8 Property continues to grow throughout the UK, we feel this is an exciting prospect for promoting Birmingham as a vibrant, growing city.”
John added: “The new website includes an integrated property search facility and addresses the business’ two key target audiences – tenants and landlords.
“This is exactly what we wanted and we’re thrilled to reveal the results of the project.”
Hive at Masshouse Plaza, St Paul’s in the Jewellery Quarter, the Cube, Centenary Plaza and many more are all featured.
In conjunction with the website project, we also underwent a rebranding exercise.
You may have known us as ‘eight8lettings’ but Karen and John decided ‘Eight8 Property’ was more conducive to the company’s growth potential.
The new logo is a bold, abstract design of the letter ‘E’ and the number ‘8’.
Karen and John chose and instructed Bella Design and Marketing to design and build the new Eight8 Property branding and website.
