However, please be assured that all maintenance issues are addressed quickly and efficiently and we have a team of approved contractors ready to deal with general maintenance issues and emergencies.

In the event that there is an emergency at your property outside of normal office hours, please call 07495701441 or 07506156930.

Please note that if the issue is deemed to be a non-emergency then you will be charged for this. Please see Tenant Fees below for the cost.


Rental payments

All rent is payable in advance by standing order. Should you experience any financial problems during the course of the tenancy it is essential that you contact us immediately. Please email karen@eight8property.com for all enquiries regarding rental payments.
